These General Terms and Conditions apply between you as the consumer and YouZee AB (referred to as “we” and “us”) when you place orders and make purchases from YouZee Clip-In (referred to herein as the “Products”) via youzeeshop.com.By ordering the Products, you consent to the following general terms and conditions.

The normal delivery time within Sweden is 2-4 days. Deliveries outside Sweden will require approximately an additional 4-5 days. For lens powers which are not in stock, approximately 4-5 additional days will be necessary. If you request delivery to countries other than those available at checkout, please contact order@youzeeshop.com so we can do our best to meet your needs. We send orders by first-class mail directly to your door at the address you have provided.In the event of delays in deliveries due to reasons which are beyond our control (for example, but not limited to, incorrect information regarding our inventories on our website or events beyond our control) we will send you a message stating the new estimated delivery time. We assume no responsibility for any losses you may incur due to delays in delivery. We reserve the right to limit sales of the Products both to persons and geographic areas and/or jurisdictions. We reserve the right to refuse all or part of an order in the event we believe the order has been placed for retail purposes. In the event we refuse or change an order, we will notify you of the same.

If you have a complaint, contact us by e-mail at order@youzeeshop.com and describe the problem. Do not send back any products until we have established contact. We will get back to you with a recommended solution. Since the Product is custom-made, there is no general right of withdrawal or purchase on approval in the absence of a defect. Note: We are not responsible for incorrect prescriptions or improperly completed orders. We assume no responsibility for any complications which arise as a consequence of deviations from a prescription and/or an improperly completed order. If you have not used a visual aid before or where some time has passed since your last eye exam, you must have an eye exam carried out by a licensed optician. You are always entitled to obtain a copy of the prescription in accordance with the Swedish Patient Records Act. By going through with the purchase, you affirm that you have read, approved and consent to a prescription and information from a licensed optician. If you have any doubts about how to complete the order, please contact us so we can assist you.

Return address: YouZee, Box 308, 931 23 Skellefteå, Sweden Return freight to be paid by the customer. Any import fees or taxes are not repaid.

All prices are stated including value added tax. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Purchasers in countries outside the EU are responsible for recording and paying any customs duties and value added tax. Orders from countries outside EU: We offer VAT free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense. YouZee can not, and has no responsibility for such taxes, charges, duties, etc.

The mobile telephone number you provide at checkout will be used for SMS notices regarding deliveries and other communications pertaining to your order. DISPUTESIn the event of a dispute, an attempt must first be made to find a resolution with our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes and otherwise refer to the European Commission online dispute resolution tool at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Please note that the Product is not a safety device but is merely a visual aid. The Product is to be used only together with goggles/protective glasses which are adapted and approved for the activity you are performing. We assume no responsibility for any personal injury or financial loss in the event of any accident which takes place while you are using the Product. We request that you observe care in the use of the Product in order to reduce the risk of an accident. Furthermore, we encourage you to use the Product at home before you use it outside your home in order to grow accustomed to the Product. A certain phasing-in period may be necessary both if you have used eye glasses or contact lenses previously or if you have not used visual aids before. Do not use the Product if you are not 100 per cent comfortable using the Product.

We reserve the right to cease the manufacture and sale of the Products.There may be writing mistakes and/or other errors relating to the description of the Products and/or the delivery terms and conditions on our website. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update delivery information and/or change/cancel orders as a consequence of any errors without prior notice thereof.
