To produce the YouZee Clip-In, we need your eyeglass prescription and your pupillary distance (PD). Read the guide below and follow all three steps.
Step 1: Get your prescription for your vision correction.
Download the prescription guide below and show it to your optician to get the necessary information. They can fill out our form or simply print your prescription from their own system; either method works.

Step 2: Ensure that the PD (pupillary distance) is included.
Our prescription guide includes a field for pupillary distance. This measurement is required to manufacture your YouZee Clip-Ins, and the optician who made your glasses has this information.
Step 3: Upload recipe.
Once your prescription is ready, take a photo or scan it and upload it when placing your order, or send it via email if you choose that option.
