GENERAL
These general terms and conditions apply between you as a consumer and YouZee AB (referred to as "we" and "us") when you place orders and make purchases of YouZee Clip-In (referred to here as "Products") via youzee.se. By ordering the Products you agree to the following general terms and conditions.
DELIVERY TERMS
The normal delivery time within Sweden is 2-4 days. Deliveries outside Sweden require approximately an additional 4-5 days. For prescriptions not in stock approximately 4-5 extra days are required. If you request delivery to countries not available at checkout, please contact order@youzeeshop.com and we will do our best to meet your needs. We ship orders directly to your door at the address you have provided. In the event of delays in deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, but not limited to, incorrect information about our inventory on our website or events beyond our control) we will send a message with the new estimated delivery time. We take no responsibility for any losses you may suffer due to delivery delays. We reserve the right to limit the sale of the Products to both individuals and geographic areas and/or jurisdictions. We reserve the right to refuse all or part of an order if we consider that the order has been placed for retail purposes. If we refuse or change an order we will notify you of this.
COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint, contact us via email at order@youzeeshop.com and describe the problem. Do not return any products before we have established contact. We will get back to you with a recommended solution. Since the product is custom-made there is no general right of withdrawal or purchase on approval unless a defect exists. Please note: We take no responsibility for incorrect prescriptions or incorrectly completed orders. We take no responsibility for any complications arising as a result of deviations from a prescription and/or an incorrectly completed order. If you have not previously used a vision aid or if it has been a long time since your last eye examination, you must undergo an eye examination with a licensed optician. You always have the right to receive a copy of the prescription under the Patient Data Act. By completing the purchase you confirm that you have read, approved and consented to a prescription and information from a licensed optician. If you are unsure how to complete the order, please contact us and we can help you.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Any import duties or taxes will not be refunded.
PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices are stated inclusive of value added tax. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Buyers in countries outside the EU are responsible for declaring and paying any customs duties and value added tax. Please note that local charges (customs duties, sales tax etc.) may apply depending on your region and local customs regulations. These charges are at your own expense. YouZee cannot, and has no responsibility for, such taxes, charges, duties etc.

SMS NOTIFICATIONS
The mobile phone number you provide at checkout will be used for SMS notifications regarding deliveries and other messages related to your order.
DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, an attempt must first be made to find a solution with our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and otherwise refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution tool at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
DISCLAIMER
Please note that the Product is not a safety device but only a vision aid. The Product should only be used together with Goggles that are adapted and approved for the activity you are performing. We take no responsibility for personal injuries or financial losses in accidents that occur when using the Product. We encourage you to exercise caution when using the Product to reduce the risk of accidents. Furthermore, we encourage you to use the Product at home before using it outside the home to get used to the Product. A certain break-in period may be necessary both if you have previously used glasses or contact lenses or if you have not previously used a vision aid. Do not use the Product if you do not feel completely comfortable using it.
OTHER
We reserve the right to discontinue the manufacture and sale of the Products. There may be typographical errors and/or other inaccuracies regarding the description of the Products and/or the delivery terms on our website. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update delivery information and/or change/cancel orders as a result of any errors without prior notice. QUESTIONS?
